Our Priority Consultation Service seeks to provide all our patients with the Ophthalmology Service during longer hours, covering weekends and holidays:
Monday to Friday:6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The retina is the inner layer of the eye that receives and transmits images to the brain. When it detaches, the patient sees blurry until he loses his vision completely.
Uveitis is the swelling and inflammation of the uvea. This is the middle layer of the eye wall. The uvea supplies blood to the iris at the front of the eye and to the retina at the back.
