Ethic Line

The ethics line is a communication channel through which employees, suppliers, clients, contractors, administrators, investors and the general public can report, free of charge and anonymously (if they wish), all those conducts that are considered contrary to the law or the rules and principles of good governance that govern the Clinic and that may affect its interests and good name.


Guidelines of our ethical line:

  • It is available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm and email 24/7
  • The identity of the people who provide the information will be kept confidential.
  • Is free.
  • It is different than the customer service line.
  • It is not a tool for complaints and claims, but for reporting conduct contrary to the law or to the rules and ethical principles and values of good governance that govern the Clinic and which are described in the Code of Ethics and Good Governance.
  • It is not a tool for suggestions or attention to personal issues.



Important:

All employees, contractors, administrators and shareholders of the Clinic have the obligation to report any of the aforementioned conduct and, in general, any other conduct that contravenes the law or the rules and principles applicable to the Clinic, to the detriment of its interests.
