Which is the process to access the services of the Clinic?

• If you require any of our services, you may either send us an email to direccion.mercadeo@clinicasandiego.com.co, or fill out the form you will find at the end of this page. You should share with us your personal information, your medical records or scans of your recent medical tests in such email (they will be assessed previously by one of our professionals). If you don’t have any tests, and you prefer to carry out the diagnosis process with us, you should make that explicit in the email.
  
  
• After receiving the information, we will contact you to coordinate an appointment through a video call with the treating physician. This is intended to clear any doubts and to provide guidelines for the procedure. Such consultation has a price, and you should either deposit such amount in our account, or pay with credit card in our platform.
  
  
• Once the specialist confirms the required procedure, you will receive an email with the necessary information, and the booking of an appointment, based on your availability, indications and budget.
  
  
• The payment for the procedure may be in cash or by credit card, it may be done in our facilities or through the payment button in our website.

Medellin is the second most important city in Colombia. It is the capital of the Antioquia department. It is known as Eternal Spring City, not only because of its nice weather (it is around 19° Celsius throughout the year), but also because of its welcoming people, its delicious food, and the paisa charm which makes visitors fall in love.
